Healthy Vegetable juice that heals
Bitter leaf and Ugwu Juice
A bunch of Ugwu leaves or pumpkin leaf
15-20 leaves of bitter- leaves or bitter gourd
1 garlic cloves
Thumb size ginger
21/2 cups of clean water
1 tsp of honey to taste
Wash the vegetables thoroughly in clean water (wash several times if possible was leaf by leaf )
Put everything into a blender and blend together ( do not over-blend )
Then sieve a bowl.
For the first time take a very quantity about 100ml, drink drink at least 3 times a week.
For severe menstrual pain drink a week or two before the next period.
For other ailment take 3 time a week for about a month.
This drink will make u eat more so be prepared.
